We’re nearly there, ladies and gents! One week from today — Sunday, September 23rd, 2007 — Episode 1 of the Metamor City Podcast is dropping into the feed. Spread the word, and if you haven’t subscribed already, now’s the time!
I’m also pleased to announce that a whole passel of other podcasters have signed up to play roles in the first Metamor City novel, Making the Cut, which will begin airing on this podcast in December. Take a look at who’s involved…
Christiana Ellis from Nina Kimberly the Merciless
Dani Cutler from Truth Seekers
MA in PA from Better Late Than Never
Nobilis from Nobilis Erotica
Steve Eley from Escape Pod
In addition, there are three more big-name podcasters with whom I’m still in discussions about playing certain parts — I hope to have good news on that front soon.
See you all next week for Episode 1 — until then, keep it on the bright side!

Chris: just heard the first ep and am now looking forward to the next. BUT, I was majorly disappointed to not hear Leann M’s voice as Morgana. I mean she did a fantastic job on the promo and I fully would LOVE to hear her play that role. She has the voice and the skill to do that role justice. Maybe because she had so few lines in this ep…
If you can’t persuade Leann directly get MA in PA to twist her arm for you. Leann would make a perfect Morgana!
Hi Glenn!
No worries, Leann is definitely going to be voicing Morgan for episode two. (Leann actually reads that entire episode, including the first-person narration and the other characters who appear in the story. Trust me, you WON’T be disappointed with how she handles it!)
I didn’t ask Leann to do the part of Morgan for episode one because I didn’t have voice actors for any of the other characters, and it would have seemed out of place to just have ONE character voiced by another actor. Starting with Episode 4, though, we’ll have a full cast for the foreseeable future. Thanks for the feedback!
So cool! Thanks for the update. Sorry that I transliterated her name; so used to Vampira, Elvira, etc, that I wanted to hear “Morgana” hehe. Leann deserves more publicity for her considerable vocal talents and I am so glad you chose her for this part. Great casting choice! Kudos to you.
