A man comes to Metamor City bearing a mysterious instrument, a violin with seemingly supernatural powers. A trail of death follows him. Next time on The Metamor City Podcast:
Abbey and Janus continue their investigation into Threnody’s secrets. They’re running out of time — but so is Wells…
Keep it on the bright side!

My god Chris…that was awesome! Again that was a brilliant and intense sex scene, descriptive with out being to….explicit. It almost sounds like the Threnody could be some form of Succubus or spiritual vampire? I can’t wait to hear more of this story!
I have to admit I love seeing Janus, as he’s one of my favorites. I loved the Christmas story where Santa left him coal! I would love to learn more about him as a character…His past, what drives him to do what he does. Do you have any plans to tell us more about Janus in the future?
One more question! You mention the Seelie Lords in past podcasts….does this include the Unseelie Lords as well? Or does that side of the court not exist in the Metamor world?
is anyone else having issues with downloading?
I wouldn’t mind seeing more of janus to. Preferably something involving his faith being shaken in some way.
Chris, all I can say is that you behold the craft of old. The world is awaiting your arrival. Great work!
Chris – it was awesome. I was driving while listening to this episode, and actually stopped the car on the side of the road to finish, because I wanted to be able to focus all my senses on the story. Felt it in the tips of my fingers and toes – you truly are a talent, my friend!
Would it be OK for me to give you a wee bit of constructive criticism here though? Behind the description of Threnody’s melody in the theater, we hear a violin play. However, your description of the purity of tone, and the intricacy of the melody, does not at all fit the violin we hear. No insult to whomever gave you this sample – it simply is impossible to meet the high demands of your description of this supernatural violin… Maybe you can consider a more abstract (orchestral) sound scape in a possible future remaster for this scene?
Nonetheless, I was in awe. Keep it up, Chris!
Now please excuse me, I just saw that episode 3 has dropped. Me and my iPod need some personal time here.
